This is not my daughter’s coming out tale, nor the story of her transition from being assigned male at birth to womanhood. That is her story to tell, if she ever decides to. I hope she does some day, as she overcome incredible obstacles to become the person she is becoming.
Instead, this is my perspective, as her mother. I hope provides some insight for other parents traveling along this path. Because it is a long story and still in progress, it will be told in parts. Here is what I have planned or posted so far:
